This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items IAW Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) code for this project is 721211. Size standard: $7.5 Million. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price for Recreational Parks and Lake Gate Attendant services. This announcement constitutes only one solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be used to advertise and award multiple Gate Attendant contracts in the Capital Region. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
