This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis Notice for staffing at various Georgetown and Granger Lake parks to perform gate attendant operation services in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF). The Contract Specialist point of contact for this anticipated solicitation is SSG Matthew S. Dickson, 817-886-1110, matthew.s.dickson@usace.army.mil FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This Synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming. All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted above. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for staffing services. Solicitation W9126G19Q0012 The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The minimum guarantee for the contract is $2,500. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Georgetown and Granger Lakes, Texas The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months with up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, for a total not to exceed contract period of 66 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Operation Services at six (6) camping parks and pick up fees from 2 Day Use Park pay stations (nine pay stations total) for remittance on Georgetown Lake for the duration of the contract period. 3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G19Q0012 is on or about 15 January 2019. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561320 (Contract Staffing Services), The Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 Million.
