The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, is conducting market research for a design-build expansion of Dona Ana Base Camp, NM (supported via Fort Bliss, TX) to accommodate an additional 2,200 soldiers, bringing total capacity to 4,000 for a Brigade Combat Team. The project has a fixed Construction Cost Limitation of $190,000,000 and will be executed under an Other Transaction Agreement. Interested firms must demonstrate single-project bonding capacity of at least $200,000,000 and aggregate bonding of $500,000,000. Firms should also provide up to three examples of comparable design-build troop housing or barracks projects completed within the last five years.
