The technical scope includes a high-capacity generator, high-voltage utility integration, switchgear upgrades, coordination with local power provider SWEPCO, civil site work, and automated transfer controls. Interested firms, including non-traditional defense contractors, are asked to submit a capabilities statement demonstrating bonding capacity of at least $5,700,000 for a single project and $10,000,000 aggregate, plus relevant comparable design-build experience.
