This is a non-personnel services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Occupational HealthServices to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District personnel (patient). Contractor serviceproviders and clinical staffshall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is the binding authority to theGovernment. The objective is to provide the occupational medical examinations and services listed in the MedicalServices Matrix (Appendix A) as required to meet medical standards associated with employee positions, worktasks, and exposure groups.
