This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall furnish, all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials/supplies, and supervision to perform non-personal custodial services in the manner, location and frequency set forth in the Performance Work Statement and schedules. Work shall be performed in the USACE Three Rivers Region, located at various parks within Navarro Mills Lake, 1175 FM 667, Purdon, TX, 76679. The Ordering Periods will be one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods too include one short term option period (six month extension option).
