Contractor's work ... The Contractor shall perform Fee Collection Services at Sam Rayburn Reservoir. Services include furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to perform specified services. Contractor's work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, quality control, and management necessary to accomplish the required specified services within the stated time frames. The Contractor will be required to obtain an approved Public Official Bond or Surety Bond in the amount of $25,000.00 which shall be payable to the "Fort Worth District US Army Corps of Engineers." Original proof of the bond must be submitted to the COR/QA prior to the beginning of the contract. Each employee or person assisting the Contractor must be individually bonded in the same manner as the Contractor. Specific bonding dates and bond requirements will be provided by the COR/QA before the bond(s) are purchased. Proof of continued bonding must be provided to the COR in advance of beginning duties during the option year(s). The Contractor is responsible for all expenses associated with bonding.
