Perform facility cleaning and litter removal services at Bardwell Lake. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, transportation, permits (if required) and equipment necessary to maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary state, free of litter, garbage, refuse, and excess debris in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer. Clean all restroom surfaces and disinfect sinks, counters, showers, urinals, and toilets. An adequate supply of rolls of toilet tissue shall be maintained in each facility to assure that the supply will not become depleted between cleanings. Clear clogged drains, to include showers, sinks, toilets, urinals, and floor. Maintain vault toilets as relatively odor-free and fluid levels to a minimum of six (6) inches above vault floors or top of solids, but fluid levels shall not be higher than twelve (12) inches of the top of the vault; and collect and properly dispose of all fish/animal remains, large refuse and all litter. Both the interior and exterior of the building shall be free of webs and nests (such as wasp or bird nests).
