Size standard: $18 Million. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price, stand-alone (P-Type) contract. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all contract work force, equipment and material/supplies required to perform Janitorial Services at Navarro Mills Lake Office. The period of performance will be twelve months and (4) option periods and one (1) six (6) month Option to Extend services. The estimated value is between $2,500 and 25,000.
