A solicitation will be issued on/around 07 July 2020 for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Painting of Various Buildings at WSMR, New Mexico. The objective of this project is to repair facility exteriors by painting and installing/replacing gutters on buildings 1335, 1341, 1342, 1409, 1534, 1541, 1542, 1833, 1837, and 1845. Exterior painting of buildings 1335, 1341, 1342, 1409, 1534, 1541, 1833, 1837 and 1845. The work includes repairs to exterior surfaces, hazardous material remediation, followed by surface preparation, priming and painting. Additional work to include new gutters, door hardware, building facility number signs and incidental related work.
