The purpose of this modification is to change the start time for the site visit walkthrough from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM as described below. Site Visit walkthrough information is hereby changed to read as follows: Site Vist: A site visit walkthrough for 1555 North Newport Road facility and building's 1958, 1959, 2060, and 2082 facilities on Fort Carson is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 17 January 2019, at 11:30 AM (Mountain Time). Offerors who will attend the site vist must submit a written visit request to George Knowlton via email on their respective company letterhead by no later than 4:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Wednesday 16 January 2019. Offerors written visit requests must include the full name of the individual(s) who will attend the site visit, their respective social security number(s), date of birth, whether they are a US citizen or citizen of a foreign country, and drivers license number and state. The meeting location for the site visit walkthrough is 1555 North Newport Road main entrance area, Colorado Springs, CO. The due date and time for receipt of quotes or proposals remains unchanged as the results of this modification.
