This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-05 effective 7 Mar. 2022, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DPN), effective 1 Jan. 2022, and AFARS Revision 8 Feb. 2022. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721120 or 721110, with an industry size of $35 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is V231. Both Casino and non-Casino venues will be considered. Description: The Nevada National Guard has a requirement for conference room meeting space and banquet meals to facilitate a Yellow Ribbon Event, on Saturday, May 21st, 2022. The facility will accommodate dining and training space for approximately 93 Nevada National Guard Service Members, Spouse/Significant Other, and their dependent children and youth, ages 0-18.
