AASF Fuel Farm Motor, Pump, and Meter Replacement
The Nevada Army National Guard’s 991 Aviation Battalion needs a fully integrated replacement of a fuel farm motor, pump, and meter that transfers fuel from underground tanks to refueling vehicles, because the existing motor/pump have seized after prior Scully switch damage and safeguard bypass. The required components must be rated for Class I, Division 1 hazardous locations and meet detailed technical criteria, including flow/material/electrical compatibility, accuracy, system fit, and certifications such as API, UL/CSA, NTEP/OIML, NFPA 30, and UFC 3-460-01. Offerors must provide a technical proposal, price, and required FAR representations/certifications, and must be registered and active in SAM to be eligible for award. Evaluation will consider technical proposal, price, and past performance, with award to the best-value offer. Full requirements are in the attached PWS, and vendors may submit a quote using the SF1449 or their own company-formatted document.
