This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06 effective 08/29/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 08/15/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard is 750 employees). The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 6525: Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires two dental x-ray machines with installation in Reno and Las Vegas Nevada. Equal products must meet or exceed the following minimum salient characteristics: Must be able of producing panoramic digital images of patients dental teeth with horizontal and vertical segmenting through stabilized and hands-free 180 spin Must have capability to use extraoral bitewings Must have Hardlined power supply for utilization without external batteries Must have a minimum focal spot size of 0.5 x 0.5 mm, and producing a variety of imagine pixel size including 48/96/144 µm. Must have the ability to produce an image file size no greater than 35mb.
