This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06 effective 08/29/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 08/15/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333248 - All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard is 750 employees). The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 3611 – Industrial Marking Machines. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires an industrial grade self-contained laser engraving machine brand name or equal to Epilog Laser Fusion Pro 24 Industrial Laser Marking & Engraving System. Equal products must meet or exceed the following minimum salient characteristics: - Industrial Grade - Mobile Base - Output Power 20W Min / 120W Max - Air Cooled - Profile Laser must be visible beam for easy positioning on the work piece - Minimum 20" x 24" Printable/Marking Work Surface area - Marking capability minimum of 160 characters per second - Rotary Attachment for marking cylindrical items (i.e. Water Bottles); wood; leather; rock, plastic; multiple metal types (steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum); hardback books; etc. - Positioning Camera - Dual Source – CO2/ Fiber - Self-contained and mobile with internal filtration capability to handle exhaust. - Vendor must provide initial setup and training Offeror quotes must include: Manufacturer model information and performance specifications. Authorized distributor/reseller verification, or assurance of product availability and offeror ability to fulfill the order if selected as the awardee.
