This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 05/30/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is: 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The Small Business Association (SBA) Size Standard: Number of Employees - 1,500. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is DG11 - IT and Telecom - Network: Telecom Access Services. Description: The NVARNG requires dedicated internet service at the NVRANG Regional Training Institute at 6600 Range Road, Las Vegas, NV 89165-1805. Services are currently provided by CenturyLink under a state of Nevada agreement and are transitioning to a federal purchase order under this combined synopsis/solicitation. The NVARNG requires the following: 1. 100 Mbps/ download - minimum 2. 20 Mbps/ upload - minimum 3. Wireless internet access port for Wi-Fi capability Quoted pricing must be included for the base and option years and submitted with the offer: 1. Base Year: The anticipated period of performance is 01 August 2024 through 31 July 2025. 2. Option Year 1: Estimated Performance Period 01 August 2025 through 31 July 2026. 3. Option Year 2: Estimated Performance Period 01 August 2026 through 31 July 2027. 4. Option Year 3: Estimated Performance Period 01 August 2027 through 31 July 2028. 5. Option Year 4: Estimated Performance Period 01 August 2028 through 31 July 2029.
