A 4-Star venue is no longer required - the updated PWS changes the venue requirement from 4-Stars to 3-Diamonds. The date for offers due IS extended to Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721110 with a size standard of $40M or 721120 with a size standard of $40M. Both Casino and non?Casino venues are acceptable. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is X1AB Lease/rental Of Conference Space and Facilities. Requirement Description: The Nevada National Guard requires a conference room meeting space and banquet meals to facilitate a Yellow Ribbon Event, on Saturday, July 27, 2024. The facility will accommodate a dining and training space for approximately 780 Nevada National Guard Service Members, Spouse/Significant Other, and their dependent children and youth, ages 0-18 Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) documents with event specifications, venue requirement and deliverables. Fill out and return attached Pricing Sheet with your bid submission. **The Government has budgeted a fixed amount for this event. The requirement is for a 4-Star venue and offerors must propose a venue as such. However, offerors are encouraged to submit a priced option alternative proposing a 3-Diamond venue with all other requirements unchanged as stated in the Performance Work Statement. This priced option will only be considered if the 4-Star venue exceeds budget.**
