This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 effective 2/23/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 2/15/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721214 Recreational and Vacation Camps (except Campgrounds) with a small business size standard of $9M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is X1FB Lease/Rental OF Recreational Buildings. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Requirement Description: The Nevada National Guard Child and Youth Program requires a camp event experience to facilitate youth leadership training that focuses on resilience and life-skill building activities that prepare youth to cope with the challenges of being a military child and reduce negative risk-taking behaviors. The attendees will be Nevada National Guard (NVNG) and California National Guard (CANG) children and youth. The camp will have 100 attendees and is scheduled to take place July 23-26, 2024. Please see the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) for specifics about the requirement. There is no formal format for submission, use of company letterhead is acceptable.
