This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 effective 2/23/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 2/15/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 722513 Limited Service Restaurants (SBA Size Standard is $13.5M). The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 8940 - Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Requirement Description: The Nevada National Guard requires delivered meals in Las Vegas, NV and Camp Roberts, CA. All meals shall be individually boxed. Please see the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) documents with meal specifications, times, and location for each training event. Input all associated costs into attached Pricing Sheet. NOTE: This may result in a multiple award based on offers received. Offerors are not required to quote all locations.
