This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be posted on this site on or around September 7, 2023 to develop a resiliency training program curriculum for the Nevada Army National Guard. The resulting curriculum shall be a complete package to include instructor led in-person training material, e-learning modules, interactive PDF documents, and other supplemental training materials such as participant manuals, handouts, pocket reference guides, etc. The coming solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with specified deliverables at various phases of the development process. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. This is not a request for quotes, however, interested small businesses (especially Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Women Owned) are encouraged to provide a capabilities statement and relevant past performance to the Contracting Officer: Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil on or before midnight on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
