AMENDMENT 001 The purpose this amendment is to change the PSC and NAICS codes as to better capture the scope of the requirement. The NAICS code is changed from 611430- Professional and Management Development Training to 541611- Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The PSC Code is changed from is U099 - Education/training- Other to R410 Support – Professional: Program Evaluation/Review/Development. The response dates are not extended. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective 06/02/2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 07/20/2023. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is U099 - Education/training- Other. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires a contractor to plan and administer a full exercise of the NVARNG AASF pre-accident plan, involving all participants internal and external to the organization, as much as practicable, to stress-test the plan and enable the organization to learn and improve by defining and refining steps in the plan that are ambiguous or lack depth.
