This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ).
