This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division for Occupational Health Examination services. The anticipated period of performance is 01 August 2023 – 31 July 2024 at contractor specified facilities/ locations in the greater areas of Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 dated 6/02/2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 6/09/2023. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 621999 with an industry size standard of $20.5 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Q403. A responsible offeror/quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Quoted pricing on the SF1449 must be completed and submitted. The SF1449 provides the contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement. Questions concerning this requirement shall be addressed in writing to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil prior to 11:59pm Pacific Time on Monday, July 10, 2023. This is the only means of submitting questions. All questions will be consolidated and answered in the form of a solicitation amendment and posted to this site. Quoted pricing and any related documentation required for evaluation (Refer to the SF1449 52.212-2 on pages 7-8) shall be submitted to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday, July 17, 2023.
