This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 effective 3/16/2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 3/22/2023. The NAICS code for this requirement is 722320 Caterers with a small business size standard of $9M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is S203 Housekeeping: Food. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Requirement Description: The Nevada National Guard requires catered meals in Fallon, Hawthorne and Carson City Nevada from 1-18 June 2023. All meals shall be individually boxed. Five (5) lunch, three (3) dinner, and four (4) breakfast meals are required for 85 Servicemembers 1-2 June, and 13-17 June in Fallon, Nevada. Ten (10) breakfast meals and ten (10) dinner meals are required for 110 Servicemembers 3-12 June 2023 in Hawthorne, Nevada. Five (5) lunch meals are required for 15 Servicemembers 13-16 June, and on 18 June in Carson City, Nevada. NOTE: This may result in a multiple award based on offers received. Offerors are not required to quote all locations.
