The date offers are due is not extended. _________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the due date of offers from May 15, 2023 1000 PDT to May 23, 2023 1000 PDT and to change the Set-Aside from a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to a Total Small Business Set-Aside. _________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 effective 3/16/2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 3/22/2023. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a small business size standard of $40M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is V231 Transportation/Travel/Relocation -Travel. Description: The Nevada National Guard requires a conference room meeting space and banquet meals to facilitate a Yellow Ribbon Event, on Saturday and Sunday, June 24th & 25th, 2023. The facility will accommodate a dining and training space for approximately 75 Nevada National Guard Service Members, Spouse/Significant Other, and their dependent children and youth, ages 0-18 Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) documents with event specifications and venue requirement.
