This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective as of the release date of this RFQ. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires role players, EMS support, and Latrines/handwash stations for CTE exercise occurring May 4-7, 2023 at NLVRC 6490 Range Road in Las Vegas. -Provide role players prior experience and past performance reviews as part of your proposal. -Furnish EMS certifications for 2 medics. Provide pictures of ambulance truck that will be used for the performance of this requirement. -Provide the following for Sanitation Services: 15 Portable Latrines, 5 Handwashing The NAICS code for this requirement is 611699, All other miscellaneous and Instruction. The PSC Code is R412, Support- Professional: Simulation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to price.
