Amendment 0001 - Just a point of clarification. The offered pricing for CLINs 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 is the cost for a vendor to come to each of the listed sites and complete a full technical assessment of the equipment. The expected deliverable is the technical assessment for each piece of listed equipment with recommended repairs or replacement. CLIN 0005 is not to be priced and is reserved for the government to determine an amount for minor on-the-spot repairs that can be done during the assessment, or at a later date if deemed necessary. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division for a requirement to assess and perform minor repair maintenance to NVARNG owned fitness equipment at facilities throughout the state of Nevada. Please refer to the Statement of Objectives for additional information. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 dated 03/16/2023. This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 811490 with an industry size standard of $8 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J078. A responsible offeror/quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Please refer to 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (page 14 of the attached SF1449). Quoted pricing on the SF1449 must be completed and submitted. The SF1449 provides the contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement. Questions concerning this requirement shall be addressed in writing to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil prior to 11:59pm Pacific Time on Monday, April 3, 2023. This is the only means of submitting questions or related requests. All questions will be consolidated and answered in the form of a solicitation amendment and posted to this site. Quoted pricing and any related documentation required for evaluation shall be submitted to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday, April 10, 2023. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.
