Amendment 0002- Additional photos are provided along with a revised Statement of Requirements. Please contact Greg Kothman gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil for site access contacts IF access is required for preparing a priced offer. The response date for offers is extended to Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11:59PM PST. All offers already confirmed as received are honored, but can be revised if desired. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 - Based on the number of interested vendor responses requesting additional site information, the Government intends to post additional photos of each site and allow site access on an individually requested basis if desired. If possible, please wait to request site access until after reviewing the additional photos (estimated to be posted by February 24, 2023). Additionally, the ambiguity in the Statement of Requirements led some to believe that only truck transportation is required. This is a turnkey project. The Contractor must coordinate and provide the crane(s), truck, movement, placement, everything. The only thing the Government will provide is a site manager to provide access to the site and guidance as needed. The response date for offers is extended to March 27, 2023. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division for the relocation of an ARMAG Container from the NVARNG Armory in Carlin, Nevada to the NVARNG Armory in Fallon, Nevada. The anticipated completion for this requirement is 31 March 2023. Offerors must be able to coordinate all necessary logistics to move the ARMAG Container from Carlin to Fallon. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 dated 12/30/2022. This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 238990 with an industry size standard of $16.5 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is V112. A responsible offeror/quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Please refer to 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (page 7 of the attached SF1449). Quoted pricing on the SF1449 must be completed and submitted. The SF1449 provides the contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement. Questions concerning this requirement, or any request for access to the sites (Site Visit) shall be addressed in writing to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil prior to 11:59pm Pacific Time on Monday, February 13, 2023. This is the only means of submitting questions or related requests. All questions will be consolidated and answered in the form of a solicitation amendment and posted to this site. If a formal site visit is scheduled, notification will be posted to this site. Quoted pricing and any related documentation required for evaluation shall be submitted to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday, February 27, 2023. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.
