This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code for this requirement is 541890 Other Services Related to Advertising and the applicable size standard is no more than $16.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 9905 Signs, Advertising Displays, Nevada Army National Guard Recruiting Promotional Items and Identification Plates. Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming supplies. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Items for full evaluation information and included addendum. This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None Small Business Set-Aside: 100% Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Scott Wittry at scott.m.wittry.civ@army.mil no later than the stated solicitation closing date and time. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: Wednesday, 24 August, 2022 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 8:00AM PST Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 30 days after the solicitation close date. All other inquiries or questions resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, shall also be directed to the point of contact listed above no later than August 15, 2022, 5:00 PST. Description: The Recruitment and Retention Battalion from the Nevada Army National Guard has a requirement for customized promotional items. The NVARNG United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Contracting and Procurement Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the items. Please see the attached Product Description (Attachment 1) for full product salient characteristics. Lower quality/feature items will not be considered as conforming to the requirements. Complete the unit prices/extended amounts for all items in the table (Attachment 2) based on total prices and include product descriptions and images with the quotation for evaluation. Delivery: F.O.B. Destination Supplies shall be delivered to the government within 60 days after receipt of the contract.
