After reviewing all offers, the government realizes it severely underestimated costs. The requirement will be descoped and resolicited accordingly. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to specify the desired period of performance for the advertising campaign. The anticipated period of performance is 01 August 2022 - 31 July 2023. Further, the Billboard display types can be all static, all digital, or a mix of either. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 effective 26 May 2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 04/28/2022. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541850 Outdoor Advertising with a small business size standard of $16.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is R701Support: Management - Advertising. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) Recruiting Command desires to effectively advertise in major markets in order to achieve an optimal return on investment using outdoor advertising. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and logistics necessary to provide an outdoor media billboard advertising presence in two major metropolitan markets and two rural markets within Nevada for a duration of 12 months.
