The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to extend the response date for offers due to Monday, April 4, 2022 at 11:00pm PDT. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Requesting Agency: Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-05 effective 7 Mar. 2022, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DPN), effective 1 Jan. 2022, and AFARS Revision 8 Feb. 2022. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721214 Recreational and Vacation Camps (except Campgrounds). The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is X1AB Lease/Rental Of Conference Space And Facilities. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: 31 March, 2022 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:00 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 30 days after the solicitation close date. All other inquiries or questions resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, shall also be directed to the point of contact listed above no later than March 21, 2022, 11:00 PDT. Description: The Nevada National Guard Child and Youth Program requires contractor provision of a 4-day, 3-night overnight resilience-building, adventure youth resilience camp experience for Nevada National Guard (NVNG) children and youth inclusive of lodging, six (10) meals, three (3) healthy snacks, activities, and meeting space. The camp will gather military children (ages 4-12 yrs.), youth (ages 13 yrs. - High school Senior), and adult chaperones from northern Nevada to provide youth experiential learning activities in which to build resilient individuals in support of resilient Service Members and Families. Youth are to be given the opportunity to participate in challenging and healthy risk-taking activities to focus on leadership, resilience, and teamwork skills, as well, as foster the development of life skills and avocations. The camp will be June 7-10, 2022 for 65 participants. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Statement of Requirements. Quote Specifications: All quotes must include the following information: Company's or individual's complete mailing and remittance address Discount for prompt payment - if any Provide information describing the camp setting and facilities, wilderness activities provided, confirmation of staff certifications as applicable, preparation for any COVID safety protocols that may be required by state and national health guidelines at the date of performance (June 7-10), and lodgings. This information will be used to evaluate compliance with the solicitation, SOW, and SOR. Pricing quote, inclusive of all costs (i.e., include all aspects of lodging, meals, snacks, activities, etc.)
