The Nevada Army National Guard herby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Blue Courage LLC, for Purple Resolve Participant Kits. This is restricted to brand name and exact requested configuration only. A firm fixed priced purchase order will be issued directly to Blue Courage LLC. An award notice and sole source justification will follow related to this notice ID. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received within 2 days of issuance of this notice. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contractors need to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
