This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division for Harris XL-200P Portable Radios. The Nevada Army National Guard requires 13 Harris XL-200P Portable Radios for integrated compatibility and use with the existing EDACS and P25 radio systems, to include existing chargers, batteries and accessories. New products only. Name brand and exact part number/requested configuration only. A brand name justification is attached. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 dated 7/12/2021. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 334220 with an industry size standard of 1,250 employees and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 5825. A responsible offeror/quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with the System for Award Management (SAM), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE and SAM ID number (formerly DUNS), and must include point of contact information. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration. IAW FAR 52.204-7, prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at www.sam.gov to register. Quoted pricing can be on the attached SF1449, or simply submitted in company format. Either is acceptable and is open to offeror preference. The SF1449 contains the requested item numbers and applicable provisions and clauses. Offerors must be manufacturer authorized resellers. Quotes and any related documentation shall be submitted to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@mail.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday, July 26, 2021. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.
