This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division for two vertical lift storage systems for delivery, installation and system user training in Reno, Nevada. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with the System for Award Management (SAM), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE/DUNS number, and must include point of contact information. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration. IAW FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7 004 Alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at https://beta.sam.gov/ to register. Quoted pricing and related product information should be submitted via company formatting. The attached document provides the salient characteristics, evaluation criteria, contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement. Quotes and product information shall be submitted to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@mail.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.
