This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division on behalf of the NVARNG Yellow Ribbon Program. The Yellow Ribbon Program requires a conference space and meals for an event on Saturday, August 22, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 dated 07-02-2020. This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and the North American Industry Classification System(NAICS) code for this solicitation is 721110 or 721120 with an industry size standard of $35M and the Product Service Code (PSC) is V231 or X1AB. A responsible offeror / quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with the System for Award Management (SAM), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE/DUNS number, and must include point of contact information. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration. IAW FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at https://sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf to register. Quoted pricing can be submitted via company formatting, but must also include the attached Pricing Sheet. The attached combined synopsis/solicitation document provides the evalutation criteria, contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement. Quotes and any related documentation shall be submitted to Mr. Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@mail.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday, 29 July 2020. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.
