---------- Amendment 001 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Solicitation Closing Date to Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 11:30 p.m., to update the Pricing Template Recruiting Storefront Internet (North), and to amend the Description of Requirements as follows (changes are in bold): (a) First, the NVARNG requires internet and phone service (new phone lines with new numbers) for one (1) base-year, with four (4) option-years, at 1450 E Prater Way STE 106, Sparks NV 89434. (b) Second, the NVARNG requires internet for one (1) base-year, with four (4) option-years at 685 E Plumb Ln, Reno NV 89502. (c) The anticipated period of performance for the Base-Year for both locations is 03/01/2025 through 02/28/2026. Each option year will be from 1 March through 28 February. (d) There is no current contract for this requirement. (e) The NVARNG requires the following at 1450 E Prater Way STE 106, Sparks NV 89434: (1) 200 Mbps/ download - minimum (2) 20 Mbps/ upload - minimum (3) Wireless router for WiFi capability (4) Provide voice capabilities: 2 phone lines, (new phone lines with new numbers) one for an alarm and a second for a fax line (f) The NVARNG requires the following at 685 E Plumb Ln, Reno NV 89502: (1) 200 Mbps/ download - minimum (2) 20 Mbps/ upload - minimum (3) Wireless router for WiFi capability (g) Dates and Places of Delivery with Line Item Numbers (LINs): (1) Base Year (1 March 2025 thru 28 February 2026): (i) LIN 0001 - 685 E Plumb Ln, Reno NV 89502 (ii) LIN 0002 - 1450 E Prater Way STE 106, Sparks NV 89434 (2) Option Year 1 (1 March 2026 thru 28 February 2027): (i) LIN 1001 - 685 E Plumb Ln, Reno NV 89502 (ii) LIN 1002 - 1450 E Prater Way STE 106, Sparks NV 89434 (3) Option Year 2 (1 March 2027 thru 29 February 2028): (i) LIN 2001 - 685 E Plumb Ln, Reno NV 89502 (ii) LIN 2002 - 1450 E Prater Way STE 106, Sparks NV 89434 (4) Option Year 3 (1 March 2028 thru 28 February 2029): (i) LIN 3001 - 685 E Plumb Ln, Reno NV 89502 (ii) LIN 3002 - 1450 E Prater Way STE 106, Sparks NV 89434 (5) Option Year 4 (1 March 2029 thru 28 February 2030): (i) LIN 4001 - 685 E Plumb Ln, Reno NV 89502 (ii) LIN 4002 - 1450 E Prater Way STE 106, Sparks NV 89434 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Price (2) Technical Requirements (3) Past Performance Technical and past performance, when combined, are significantly less important than cost or price. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
