AMENDMENT 1 The combined Synopsys-Solicitation is being amended to add additional headcount to the requirement. The projected number of participants for this requirement has increased from 46 daily to 60 daily. Please ensure your quote reflects this increase. A revised copy of the solicitation is attached. All changes are in Section 7. Section 7.3 Meal Breakdown has been increased to reflect the headcount change. New numbers are as follows: Breakfast Meals Total: 840 Lunch Meals Total: 780 Dinner Meals Total: 840 End of Amendment 1 ************* 1. The Montana Army Nation Guard (MTARNG) has a requirement for catered meals in Fort Harrison, Montana. The period of performance for this requirement is 15 August 2025 through 29 August 2025. Meals shall be prepared at the vendor’s location and delivered to a desiganated dining hall on Fort Harrison. Meals shall be prepared and delivered per the specifications in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 3. Solicitation number W9124V25QA013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those which will govern this acquisition. 4. All questions shall be submitted in writing. Questions may be emailed to michael.davies5.civ@army.mil. Questions shall be submitted no later than 1000 p.m. MDT, 12 Jul 2025. 5. A pre-award tour of this facility will be given on 10 July 2025 at 1000 MDT, to all interested offerors. If no responses are received, the tour will be canceled. Reply to the POC for this solicitation by 7 July 2025 at 1000 MDT. 6. Closing date for this solicitation is 17 July 2025. All quotes must be received by 10:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on 17 July 2025. Quotes will be accepted by email only. Quotes shall be emailed to michael.davies5.civ@amy.mil. It is the offerors’ responsibility to ensure your quote has been received. Offerors may submit quotes on a company generated document. However, it is requested that your pricing be entered in Excel format. 7. Offerors are reminded that they are required to submit a 14 day sample menu in order for their offer to be considered.
