AMENDMENT 1 Section 2.5 of the Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated. We are requesting additional information related to the offeror's policies and procedures for tailoring of items and returns of incorrect sizes or defective items. The two changes are shown below and incorporated into the amended SOW. Section 2.5 -Quotes shall include a description of the offeror’s processes for measuring, fitting and tailoring of turn out jackets and pants. -Offerors shall provide a description of their exchange programs/policies in the event items ordered do not fit or are defective. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Montana Army Nation Guard (MTARNG) has a requirement for firefighter protective gear. Equipment specifications and salient characteristics are listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9124V2QA011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those which will govern this acquisition. All questions shall be submitted in writing. Questions may be emailed to michael.davies5.civ@army.mil. Questions shall be submitted no later than 1100 a.m. MDT, 02 May 2025. The closing date for this solicitation is 09 May 2025. All quotes must be received by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on 09 May 2025. Quotes will be accepted by email only. Quotes shall be emailed to michael.davies5.civ@amy.mil. It is the Offerors’ responsibility to ensure your quote has been received. Offerors may submit quotes on a company generated document. However, it is requested that your pricing be entered into the pricing matrix attached to this notice.
