The period of performance for this requirement is 02 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. Meals shall be prepared at the vendor’s location and delivered to the MTARNG Armory located at 9383 Running Road Westin Missoula, Montana 59808. Meals shall be prepared and delivered per the specifications in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9124V2QA007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those which will govern this acquisition. All questions shall be submitted in writing. Questions may be emailed to michael.davies5.civ@army.mil. Questions shall be submitted no later than 1200 p.m. MDT, 09 April 2025. Closing date for this solicitation is 18 April 2025. All quotes must be received by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on 18 April 2025. Quotes will be accepted by email only. Quotes shall be emailed to michael.davies5.civ@amy.mil. It is the Offerors’ responsibility to ensure your quote has been received. Offerors may submit quotes on a company generated document. However, it is requested that your pricing be entered in Excel format. Offerors are reminded to submit a five-day sample menu with their quotes.
