The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) State Surgeons Office (SSO) is looking to establish several BPA's with Dental and Othodontists businesses to treat mobilizing Service Members (SMs) who are classified as Dental Readiness Class 3 (DRC 3). https://health.mil/Reference-Center/Glossary-Terms/2022/07/13/Dental-Readiness-Classification-3 Them MTARNG is not looking for a third party vendor currently. The requirement is to deal with businesses/contractors that are directly responsible for their facility/personnel/equipment/billing of services. Businesses are required to be SAM registered. For those that currently are not registered but would like to, please visit https://www.montanaapex.org/ and work with one of their representatives. It is strongly encouraged to reach out to them regardless if planning to register in SAM.gov or attain any information regarding federal contracts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items does not apply to this requirement. Offers should inlude a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (unless updated in SAM.gov). FAR clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Interested businesses should submit information concerning their capabilities and business informaiton. The MTARNG intends to establish a limited number of BPAs (1-4) per location were it is expected that Dental/Ortho services will be most needed and convenient for service members to travel to. Examples of significant location are Missoula, Helena, and Billings. Orders will be placed based on availability, price, rotation (if applicable), and location but other factors may justify an award/order. Means of payment will prominently be the Government Purchase Card (GPC). This office will then verify registration status, request a pricing sheet for service, and evaluate for price reasonableness, responsiblity, and quality of care/past performance.
