Phase 1 General material will be required sooner (May 15th or sooner). More than one award may made in response to this requirement (example One vendors pricing and/or availability is a better value to the Government in the General requirements whereas another vendors quote is a better value for the electrical. Items are listed as meeting the requirements, quotes shall include the same format with the brand/item type being offered. Business would be responsible for dropping off and picking up the equipment at Fort Harrison, MT. Attachment provides the type of equipment and periods of time required for equipment. Some items would need to be available and delivered by May 10th. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Award will go to the business that provides the best value taking into account technical specifications, delivery/availability of products, price and past performance (using SPRS and other means). It is required that the business confirm/verify the availability of the products and ensure that no item will end up on back order. Project is considered critical and as units/service members are on a set schedule for work on this project. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this requirement. Offers should inlude a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (unless updated in SAM.gov).
