(End of Amendment 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide laundry services to Training Center (TC) and Central Issue Facility (CIF), Fort Harrison, MT IAW the attached Performance Work Statement. It is the government’s intent to issue a base award for one year, with four (4) -one (1) year options, with the base year beginning 1 February 2023. A site visit to see requested laundered items will be available on Jan 10, 2023 at 10 a.m. Fort Harrison, CIF building. RFQ #: W9124V23Q0006 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Aquisition Circular 2023-01, effective 30 December 2022. December 9th, 2022 (amendment 1) Estimated number of laundered items is 23,700 for Training Cite and 1,600 for CIF. (End ammendment 1) The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute an invitation to bid or a request for proposals/quotes. All interested parties should respond. This is a non-personal service contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform laundry services to Fort Harrison Training Site headquarters billeting and the Central Issue Facility as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor is responsible for conducting business, between the hours of 0700 to 1600 hours Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at contractor facilities. Contractor will use own equipment for services. Laundry shall be picked up and delivered to Training Center HQ and Central Issue facility on Fort Harrison. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages must include: 1--Positive statement of intent to summit a proposal/quote 2--A completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form, (see attached) 3--A listing of projects completed during the past three years with regards to the requirement (relevancy and recency), both for government (more important) and private industry. Details of solutions and support provided, dollar value, contract number (if government), location, point of contact (POC) are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. 4--A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. The PWS is still being revised but will not change the overall concept or needs of the requirement. Questions and concerns shall only be sent if they are needed to assist in informing the Government of the qualification pool of vendors capable of supporting this requirement. The Government may take feed back into consideration of requirements definition.
