This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124V20Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Oct 2018) applies to this solicitation and subsequent award.
