This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124V20Q0008 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 611310. The small business size standard is $30,000,000. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-06. This is a non-personal services requirement to provide a minimum of 100 approved continuing education (CE) credits to meet current standards, licensure, and proficiency required of Army Critical Care Flight Paramedic with 75 of these continuing education (CE) credits must be in the CLINICAL category – with at least 16 CLINICAL hours obtained by completing an approved FP-C review class.
