This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USPFO for Montan at (located at Fort Harrison, MT) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13.106 procedures, to award a purchase order for food service to be provided for Soldiers (and other service members) performing AT, IDT and other training and duties at Fort Harrison and Limestone Hills Training area near Townsend. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01 dated 11/12/2019. The contract duration will include two months plus February as an addition option month, plus inclusion of the 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services" clause. The proposed contract is 100% competitive set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 722310 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. Product Service Code is S203. All questions will be required to be provided in writing and will be posted with responses on beta.sam.gov as an amendment to this solicitation. Interested quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. You will need your DUNS number in order to register and instruction are located on the site.
