Sources Sought: Digital Video System for the Montana Army National Guard, Fort Harrison, MT 59636 This is a Sources Sought (SS) Notice for Market Research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. 1. This SS does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the USPFO-MT is not at this time seeking proposals, quotes or bids and will not accept unsolicited proposals, quotes or bids. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this SS. All costs associated with responding to this SS will be solely at the respondent's expense. Failure to respond to this SS does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, RFP or bid, if any is issued. The information provided in this SS is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. It is the responsibility of potential respondents to monitor this sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The information requested by this SS will be used within the USPFO-MT to facilitate decision making and may be used in the development of the acquisition strategy and any future requests for quotes. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this SS is voluntary. 2. All interested, responsive, and responsible vendors are encouraged to participate in the Market Research by submitting a response via email to alice.a.hinck.mil@mail.mil no later than 2:00pm, MST 02 August 2019. 3. The MTARNG 189 GSAB requests the purchase of a digital video system that would function as a command and control display system, compatible with their DRASH shelter system. The Audio Video System shall project command and control systems to include CPOF, JBCP, DCS, DCSGS, etc. simultaneously in a common operating picture. All required equipment must make up a system that is compatible and designed to work together seamlessly. The entire system must be able to be packaged together and operate without any additional manipulation or adjustments. Entire set up of the system shall be approximately 30 minutes. 4. Salient Characteristics: • 2 sets of 2 60-70" high definition 1080p LED monitor's that are packaged in a single rugged, waterproof aluminum case with auto-lift capabilities that can deploy in under 20 minutes (2 display screens per case) • Audio/visual switch system capable of fusin multiple feeds of information into single or multiple displays. Has capability of projecting up to four images on a single screen • Include cables required to hook up at least five separate computer systems • Portable sound system with microphone input jacks, rechargeable batteries, and rugged case for transport Required setup time of 30 minutes or less, with minimal tools required. 5. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this sources sought notice are not considered adequate responses to any future solicitation announcements.
