This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124V19Q0005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% competitive set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 722320, with size standard of 7.5 million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02TA, effective 6 May 2019. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this Request for Quote to the responsible vendor whose offer, conforming to the specifications outlined within this Request for Quote, represents the lowest price that meets the minimum specifications. Quoters shall propose a firm fixed price for catered meals in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies as associated with a request for quotes. Quoteres are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items if not completed in SAM FAR clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Amendment #1, adds; 1- Question and Answers attachment 2- Quotes are to be submited to adam.d.sackman.civ@mail.mil . It is the responsibility of the vendor to verify reciept of quotes.
