The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting a quote for a brand name Laser Based Inspection System (LBIS) & Linear Variable Displacement Transducers (LVDT) Rigid Stage System and a 155mm LVDT Chamber Gauging Kit that work together for measurements and other sensitive data. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Solicitation will result in a single-award, firm fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, as it relates to this requirement with a size standard of 600 employees. The purchase order will consist of one (1) Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) with a unit of issue for 1 Each, see Attachment 2- W9124R24R0009 – Solicitation CLIN structure, Provisions & Clauses. Offeror must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The award shall be made based on Best Value with the evaluation of the following factors: Technical Capability as primary factor and Price secondary factor. Tradeoffs are not permitted. The quote shall include transportation costs to USAYPG Yuma, Arizona 85365-9498. These items will be delivered to Yuma Proving Ground - Building 2710 Sanchez Street, Yuma, Arizona 85365-9498 with Freight on Board (FOB) Destination. Transportation (if applicable) shall be incorporated into your proposed price. Arizona vendors are to include Arizona Privilege Tax. Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR 2024-02 effective 22 Jan 2024 and DFARS Change 12/22/2023 effective 22 December 2023.
