These supplies are in support of repairing the water treatment plants located at Howard Cantonment and Walker Cantonment at Yuma Proving Ground. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items FAC 2021-06, effective 12 Jul 2021. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 333318 with a standard size of 1000 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. SUEZ WTS USA, Inc. is the original designer and manufacture of the water treatment plants located on Howard Cantonment and Walker Cantonment at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ. These systems are primarily comprised of SUEZ WTS USA, Inc. proprietary Electrodialysis Reversal Systems (EDR). Software programming is required and must be completed by SUEZ WTS USA, Inc. due to the specialized skills required needed to understand how the water treatment plants operate. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability and understanding of Army Regulations (ARs) to meet these requirements.
