Description of Supplies/Services: The incumbent shall provide all management, tools, material, equipment and labor necessary to provide Telephone Services, the contractor shall perform non?personal services, provide personnel with the appropriate levels of training, education, and experience necessary for telecommunication support services to include: telephone installation, moves, and disconnects; operator services; switch technician support; work order processing; wireless communication services classified and non?classified video teleconferencing scheduling; minor maintenance services as required; and cleanup of fiber and Cat 5 communication wiring and position assignments in Commo closets. Work under this PWS will support the mission of White Sands Missile Range, NM with highly reliable telecommunications support services. The contractor must operate and maintain all equipment and systems in accordance with (IAW) the original equipment manufacturers technical manuals and specifications, Department of Defense (DOD) and US Army policy and regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The six month extension does not decrease or increase the scope of the current contract.
